What kind of support is offered after I purchase MAS 90?
Sage offers several support solutions.  Sage supports a news group at news.sota.com, which provides up-to-date questions and answers to MAS 90 issues.  Visit the newsgroup to troubleshoot or to find configuration solutions for your unique problem.

In addition, MAS 90 customers receive Sage Online Customer Services (SOCS) providing the latest support information. This service is a resource for answers to frequently asked questions, procedures to correct errors as well as other information not found anywhere else. Go to Top


Does MAS 90 have a Microsoft SQL server product?
MAS 90 for SQL Server is targeted for a fall 1999 release. 

Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 will facilitate the transition of flat file data structures into the database, allowing smooth migration of data for existing customers. Customers who purchase MAS 90 today will be able to easily transition to the version for SQL Server when it becomes available.

Pricing for the version for Microsoft SQL Server is planned to be announced closer to the 1999 release date. Go to Top


How can I expand MAS 90 with custom products?
Sage has announced its release of Visual Integrator, a product that enables connectivity between MAS 90 and an ODBC-compliant software application.  With Visual Integrator, MAS 90 users will be able to import and export data directly to and from any ODBC-compliant source without the need for an intermediary ASCII or Excel software file.  ODBC is a popular technology standard that supports Microsoft’s Universal Data Access initiative.
